A 3 year phased renovation project of all their mechanical systems occupied in the high school building. The existing systems had to remain in operation as 3 new mechanical spaces were being added. We installed a hybrid geothermal system, incorporated plant heating, and a chilled and condenser water was designed allowing for maximum efficiency for all levels of load and occupancy.

A new construction of a multi-sport training / health services facility and community gathering center. The scope of our work included adding plumbing and HVAC systems with connection to the main campus chilled water system and creation of a new heating water plant within the building.

A new construction of a 2-story visitors center for the University’s historic National Shrine Grotto of Lourdes and 100- foot tall Pangborn Memorial. The scope of work Included plumbing and HVAC.

A complete interior renovation of Mount Saint Mary’s Coad Science Building – a 3 story lab & classroom which included upgrades to their plumbing, HVAC & lab utility systems.

A renovation of their historic dormitory building built in 1913. The project consisted of replacing all interior finishes and fixes as well as HVAC work. The HVAC work included a new heating water boiler connected to the campus chilled water distribution system. New vertical fan coil units were also installed during this project.

This new gym and student activities center provides a home for practice and play for the school’s basketball and volleyball teams. The new space includes a team locker room with showers as well as a training and physical therapy service area. The HVAC consisted of packaged VAV and energy recovery units and DX split system air handling units. The plumbing includes new domestic water, sanitary sewer systems, fixtures, and piping.

An Interior renovation to create a BSL incubator clean room space. The scope of our work included: hydronic heating; chilled and glycol includes lab air, water, gas, waste systems.

A complete interior renovation of a 40 year old classroom building. All the existing plumbing and HVAC systems were replaced with new systems which included: heating water boilers, cooling towers and chillers, new piping distribution to central station, air handling units, and fan coil units. The plumbing systems including domestic water, sanitary and storm were replaced from the underslab up. All plumbing fixtures were replaced.

A renovation and addition to a local public high school. The construction involved a major expansion of the skilled trades instruction spaces & shop areas. Scope of work included plumbing & HVAC systems.
