Plumbing and HVAC upgrade for client's upgraded equipment. Plumbing systems that were upgraded include Domestic Water, Sanitary Waste & Vent, and Process Waste and Vent. Mechanical upgrades include new Chilled Water, Heating Water, Steam & Steam Condensate, and Process Chilled Water. New mechanical equipment such as new air handlers & existing air handler retrofits, variable air volume boxes, fan coils units, pumps, etc. were installed as part of this upgrade.

A new construction of a state of the art cancer T-cell therapy production facility for Kite Pharma. Our project included the build out of 60,000 sqft of lab space, a warehouse, 2 story office building with a kitchen, dining area and fitness center. Scope of work included plumbing, mechanical, process gas and water utilities.
