This state of the art facility is the first Ellume location to be in the United States. We were honored and excited to be selected as a company to work on this project. The 180,745 sqft building is a manufacturing facility that produces diagnostic COVID tests and tests for other infectious diseases. Our scope of work included installing 1,530 tons of cooling, 27,130ft of system piping and 492,000lbs of ductwork.

Kite Pharma TCF05 Cell Therapy Manufacturing Facility

A new construction of a state of the art cancer T-cell therapy production facility for Kite Pharma. Our project included the build out of 60,000 sqft of lab space, a warehouse, 2 story office building with a kitchen, dining area and fitness center. Scope of work included plumbing, mechanical, process gas and water utilities.
